This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the client ("Client") and Specialist Growth Institute ("SGI") for the provision of health and social care-related job search assistance and related services. By engaging SGI's services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Services Provided
SGI agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
The Specialist Growth Institute for Health and Social Care is committed to empowering individuals to pursue rewarding careers in the health and social care sectors by offering specialized support, training, and resources tailored to their unique needs.
CV and Application Support to enhance the Client's chances of obtaining work in health and social care.
Training and Skills Development tailored to the Client's career objectives in health and social care.
Work Experience and Volunteering opportunities relevant to health and social care.
Employment Programs to support the Client's transition into health and social care roles.
Full payment of the applicable fees must be made before the commencement of services.
3. Visa Sponsorship
The Client acknowledges that no visa sponsorship is guaranteed by SGI. Additionally, the Client understands and accepts that securing employment is not 100% guaranteed.
4. Job Application Commitment
SGI agrees to submit applications on behalf of the Client for a period of 3 months, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
5. Duration of Service
All support services provided by SGI are available for a maximum period of 3 months or until the Client secures successful employment, whichever occurs first.
6. Compliance with Legislation
SGI will operate in compliance with relevant legislation and policies governing employment law in Scotland and the UK, particularly in the health and social care sector.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client remains liable for any outstanding fees owed to SGI for services rendered. If the Client fails to engage with the services or exhibits inappropriate behavior, SGI reserves the right to terminate the contract.
8. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel services by providing 7 days' written notice. A cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the agreed-upon services will be charged.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the provision of services.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
